About ICF

The Indian Culinary Forum, popularly known as the ICF is an Indian association of chefs, established in the year 1987 at New Delhi as an exclusive non-profit association, dedicated solely for the advancement of culinary professionals in India. The Forum’s objective is to act as a link, platform, useful and necessary instrument for the national community of chefs.

The Indian Culinary Forum (ICF) is the peak industry body representing Indian professional chefs, cooks, apprentices & culinary students. At Indian Culinary Forum, we strengthen the cooperation among chefs and all culinary professionals. ICF enables in enhancing and developing the skills of culinary trade.

The role of ICF is to run industry educational & networking events through workshops, forums, dinners, culinary competitions and other industry related events.

The Forum also awards bursaries to some competitors to enable them to travel abroad and receive work experience in high-class establishments. In addition to the professional competitions and events, the Forum also liaises with several other government agencies, including the Indian Department of Tourism and Commerce. READ MORE
