The Biggest Culinary Challenge is Back!

“Culinary Art India 2021” (CAI) 15th professional Culinary Contest and Display Excellence Challenge is being organized by India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) and Indian Culinary Forum (ICF) at Hall No.5, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The 15th edition of Culinary Art India is being staged alongside the 36th Edition of AAHAR International Fair 2021.

The International Food, Hospitality & Beverage Tradeshow from 6th – 10th April 2021 at the Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Culinary Art India is being held under the close guidance and technical partnership of the industry associations. This Challenge will attract national level participation involving students and apprentice chefs from India competing on an internationally modeled platform. The prime objective of the CAI is to establish a professional platform where budding culinary professionals across India could display their individual and combined skills, creative talent, learn, share experiences, partner and network in a purely professional and competitive environment.

The Competition categories includes Fruits & Vegetable Carving, Live Main Course Cooking Competition, Live Cake Decoration - Dress the Cake, Mocktails, Pre-Plated Desserts,  Pre-Plated Appetizers, 3 Course set Menus and French Omelet Live.
