Vegan Red Velvet Fudge with Strawberry Chena Pannacota


A Valentine Day special recipe for your loved one.

Serving for 2 person

INGREDIENTS (for Vegan Red Velvet Fudge):

  • 1cup Beetroot peeled and chopped
  • 20 dates seedless
  • 1 1/2 cup oats 
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk chilled
  • 2 tbsp butter a fudge better
  • 1/2 vanilla essence 
  • 2tbsp cocoa powder 
  • Few cashew nut for garnish

METHOD

  • In a blender, all ingredients add and blend to achieve.
  • Line a glass bowl out mould with parchment paper.
  • Transfer the batter to in it. Let it set overnight in the fridge.
  • Garnish it with nuts. Enjoy the sugar and gluten free.

INGREDIENTS (Strawberry Chena Pannacota):

    • 250 ml full fat milk
    • 1 cup chena
    • 1 cup milkmaid
    • 1 tbsp agar agar
    • 4 tbsp strawberry malas crushed
    • No sugar needed

    METHOD

    • First take a small, mix agar agar with water.
    • Take a large pan, mix milk, chena or milkmaid and whisk.
    • Mix the strawberry malas crushed and put the pan on gas on the medium heat.
    • When it comes to a boil add agar agar and stirred well for two min. And the gas is off. Let it cool down a little. Then set it in a mould or plate.
