High protein grains salad recipe

Ingredients
- 900 gm - Boiled Brown Rice
- 675 gm - Boiled Whole Green Lentil
- 450 gm - Soaked Buckwheat
- 200 gm - Boiled Red Quinoa
- 200gm - Boiled Millet
- 160gm - Whole Flax Seeds
- 160 gm - Boiled Sorghum
- 50 gm - Chia Seeds
- Salt to taste
- 15 gm - Crushed Black Pepper (according to taste)
- 50 gm - Olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Lettuce 1 leaf for platting
Method:
- Boil all the ingredients: Brown rice, whole green lentil, quinoa, millet, sorghum separately until soften.
- Soak Buckwheat in room temperature water.
- Now put all the boiled ingredients in a mixing bowl then add soaked buckwheat in it.
- Then add whole flax seeds and chia seeds and mix well.
- Then add salt and crushed black pepper according to taste and then add lemon juice and drizzle the extra virgin olive oil on the top and mix well.
- Use lettuce leaf for platting, serve warm in the center of the plate.
