Kale Chana Mutter Aur Aloo ki tali hui tikki by Chef Sood

KALE CHANE (LEFT OVER) 200 gms
BOILED GREEN PEAS 200 gms
ALLOO SABZI (LEFT OVER - DRAIN RASA) 200 gms
CHOPPED GINGER 15 gms
CHOPPED CHILLI 10 gms
CHOPPED ONION 50 gms
CHOPPED CORIANDER 10 gms
SEASONINGS 50 gms
OIL For Shallow Frying

PREPARATION //

  • Partly mash the kale chane and boiled peas.
  • Mix together with left over aloo subzi, chopped onions, ginger, chilies, coriander and seasonings.
  • Shape into tikkis.
  • Shallow fry till golden and crisp on surface.
  • Serve with chutney or ketchup...whatever available at home.
