Indian Culinary Forum (ICF) Members presented Masterclass for Chefs and judged the participating chefs during chef competitions. During food show Chefs War was organized to recognise the culinary skills of the chefs. . ICF Member Chefs did food tasting during chef wars. The three-day long North East Food Show 2019 was concluded with a chief ministers’ conclave in Shillong on Friday. ICF is thankful to NEFS for giving us such an opportunity.

Chief Minister of Meghalaya Mr. Conrad K Sangma, Meghalaya Government and SIAL India, both were the official partner to organise the show.
