Winners at 20th Annual Chef Awards 2023 hosted by Indian Culinary Forum

20th edition of Annual Chef Awards in the year 2023 was presented by Maggi Professional. The top 7 chef awards were exclusively for senior chefs through nomination and were selected by the grand jury members which includes five Presidium Awards were introduced from this year only. 11 Master Craftsman Awards were determined through a 4 day culinary competition involving over 150 chefs throughout India. These culinary competitions were held at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts in Gurugram and the Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Delhi. A panel of WACS-certified jury members from all over India evaluated the participants based on their skills, knowledge, expertise, plating and other parameters.

The award recipients were honoured by the Chief Guest, Ms. Priya Paul, Chairperson of Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels.
